A Canadian man (foreign National) was registered to vote shortly after CA allowed illegals (noncitizen/undocumented) to get State ID and Drivers licenses. They cross registered people by “accident”. As NPR reported as well, it happens but usually by accident outside CA DMV mix-up.

Project Veritas, Judicial Watch, PragerU, and many more have said voter fraud is real no matter how small the numbers are. Even when California accidentally registered illegal aliens to vote exposed by a Canadian citizen. BREAKING: Judicial Watch signed a settlement agreement with the State of California & the County of L.A. under which they’ll begin the process of removing from voter registration rolls up to 1.5 million inactive registered names that may be invalid.

This Judicial Watch lawsuit confirmed that Los Angeles County has on its rolls 1.5 million or more potentially ineligible voters. This means over one in every five L.A. County registrations likely belongs to a voter who has moved or is deceased.

This JW lawsuit related to the National Voter Registration Act also uncovered the stunning fact that neither the State of California nor Los Angeles County had been removing inactive voters from their voter registration rolls for the past 20 years.

And so this new settlement agreement requires that all of the 1.5 million potentially ineligible registrants be notified and asked to respond. If there is no response, those names are to be removed as required by the National Voter Registration Act.

In addition to its settlement agreements with California & Ohio and its win in Kentucky, Judicial Watch had filed a successful NVRA lawsuit against Indiana (causing it to clean up its voting rolls voluntarily) & has an ongoing lawsuit with Maryland.
